Specifically, there are no contracts to sign or minimum placements required. Our collection fees are contingent upon collection and based on a very competitive 20% rate. Credit consulting services are free. And you are always eligible for our 10-day free demand service. For attorney service, contingent fees increase to 30% and if suit is authorized an additional 10% suit fee may be charged.

In many instances, all it takes is a simple reminder to get a debtor's attention, and you'll quickly receive your payment. Popular with many of our clients because it can cut collection fees in half, this flat-fee (no commission) service includes letters and/or phone call reminders executed by our certified staff. This is an "a-la-carte" service. Pay as you go - no contracts and no minimums.
10-Day FREE Demand Service
The first step we take to collect funds for you is to send a letter demanding payment. If payment is made within 10 days, we waive our commission - the service is FREE. We offer this service to help you get started with collections earlier in the process with a safeguard against unnecessary expense. Generally speaking, the longer it takes to get paid, the more difficult it is. Early intervention is the best remedy, and our approach to collection services can have a positive impact on your cash flow while minimizing collection costs.
Personal Service
If payment isn't received within 10 days, we move quickly to apply personal service solutions. This service includes personal contact with the customer by telephone, letter, fax, and/or e-mail. Our certified collectors are professionals who are trained to seek financial solutions that benefit all parties. We understand that just because someone is slow to pay now doesn't change their status as a valued customer. We are resourceful and value long-term relationships.
Attorney Service

We have a network of attorneys across the United States to serve our clients. Each specializes in collections and is bonded for $3.5 million, and most work on a contingent fee.
